Fuego Del Sol Is Two for Two on Social Media Following Beatdown by Miro

It looks like Fuego Del Sol just can’t catch a break when it comes to the AEW TNT Champion Miro. Not only was Fuego destroyed by Miro in their TNT Title match just over a week ago, but he also lost his car to the champ. As if that wasn’t already enough, he was also pummeled on the September 24, 2021 edition of AEW Rampage, which was part of the two-night Grand Slam event.
This latest beating came during a segment that also included Feugo Del Sol’s buddy, Sammy Guevara. The two came out to the stage, flashing cue cards to get the crowd hyped up, but the party came to an end almost immediately as Miro creeped up from behind the two and put the hurt on both men.

Miro grabbed the weakened Feugo Del Sol and tossed him off the stage. Thankfully, a solid table broke Feugo’s fall. Okay, so that’s not much better, but it could have been worse… um, right?
Earlier in the night, Fuego tweeted in a positive light about how great AEW Rampage had been going. Despite clearly being stoked to be a part of the show, Fuego ultimately delivered an update post-beatdown, tweeting:

When the @AEWonTNT Twitter account posted that they needed to check on Feugo Del Sol (which included a video clip of him getting tossed off the stage and onto the table), he responded saying, “I’m not ok…”
That wasn’t all, though, because the very next morning, Fuego Del Sol once again took to Twitter to discuss his broken and battered state at the hands of Miro:

While Fuego Del Sol is quickly becoming a highly entertaining part of AEW television, it’s his commitment to the character on social media that truly helps him shine. Like I said last week, this dude’s living the gimmick in the very best way. If you’re at all a fan of Fuego Del Sol’s work in AEW and elsewhere, be sure to check out his Twitter account as he does an excellent job of keeping the storylines going.
