Braun Strowman Seen Speaking with Impact Wrestling EVP

Last month, we discussed the rumors of Adam Scherr possibly heading to Impact Wrestling. A recent story from PWInsider.com seems to indicate further that Scherr may potentially be working with Impact in the near future.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Scherr (formerly known as Braun Strowman in WWE) was seen speaking with Impact Wrestling Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore. The two men were seen at a hotel bar near the location of the Motor City Comic Con on Saturday night. Per the report, Scherr and D’Amore spoke at great length.

At this time, it hasn’t been made official or public if Adam Scherr has signed with Impact Wrestling. That said, with Bound for Glory, Impact’s biggest pay-per-view of the year, right around the corner, we could be in store for a surprise appearance from the big man.

While in WWE, the former Braun Strowman won multiple titles including the Universal Championship, which he defeated Goldberg for at WrestleMania 36. Since leaving WWE, Scherr has appeared at fellow wrestler EC3’s Free the Narrative II pay-per-view, where he picked up a win over EC3.
