Impact Announces The IInspiration vs. Decay at Bound for Glory

Impact Wrestling has been putting together quite the stacked card for the upcoming Bound for Glory pay-per-view, which is set to take place in Las Vegas on Saturday, October 23, 2021. The company recently announced that The IInspiration (formerly known as The IIconics in WWE) would be a part of the show. Well, we now know what role the popular women’s tag team will play at Impact’s biggest show of the year.

Per Impact Wrestling on Twitter, The IInspiration will be challenging Rosemary and Havok of Decay for the Knockouts Tag Team Championship.

Rosemary has been a highlight of the Impact Wrestling women’s division since her debut in 2016 and is one of the strongest characters in the company. Havok has built quite a following, too, and as part of Decay, her stock has risen greatly. It’s surprising that The IInspiration is being put right into the title picture, but if booked properly, the match — and hopefully the ensuing feud — could be a fun and interesting clash of styles between the darker Decay and the more boastful tandem of Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay.

It’s awesome to see The IInspiration ready to make appearances since being released from WWE. It’ll be interesting to see how the team’s match-up against Decay plays out later this month at Bound for Glory.
